Technology Fail

This blog got its name because we are a cluster of nine quasi-recent college grads sitting in 30' x 10' room. Things get noisy.

This morning, w disrupted everyone in ear shot as we all fought against every form of failing technology. This was worse than the twitter crash, because what we needed from technology actually mattered to someone. I say that with a nod towards the fact that I freaked out the most when twitter went down.

So there we sat with impending deadlines, with the full knowledge that we wouldn't meet them, getting louder by the stressful minute.

This is the point at which we alternated between trying to entertain ourselves and cursing at a decibel level that I'm pretty sure carried to the offices of various VPs.

After this morning, The Intern Room is angry at Google and all internal technology tools, but we can all sleep soundly knowing that if we didn't get fired this morning, our jobs are preetty safe - at least until our designated intern period expires.
